Aston Villa Old Stars match helps to raise over £8,000 for Callum's Wish Appeal

We are extremely pleased to announce that our Old Stars match at Castle Vale FC has so far helped to raise over £8,000 for Callum's Wish Appeal.

Ten-year-old Callum Henry suffered a fatal heart attack after being involved with a collision with a car when cycling to pick up his new football kit last September. Callum's Wish Appeal aims to fulfill one of Callum's wishes: that an all-weather pitch could be installed as his school. Hopefully, his wish is close to being fulfilled.


The AVFPA welcome Paul Lambert to AVFC

We'd like to take this opportunity to welcome Paul Lambert into the fold at Villa Park, and wish him all the best for the next season. It's not easy to turn things around, but we are confident that Paul is the man for the job and we are extremely excited about the next season. Up the Villa!

AVOS Win 4-0 in Balls to Cancer Match

A brilliant afternoon was had in Bilston playing the Balls to Cancer XI, where the AVOS team managed a 4-0 victory.

Ian Ward scored the first goal, followed by two from Ryan Amoo and one from David Norton.


AVOS vs Forest of Dean Motor Club

Aston Villa Old Stars versus Forest of Dean Motor Club ended in a 2-1 victory after a great game that saw former Villa player David Norton (also General Manager at AVFPA) score two great goals. A well done to Adam Fowler of Forest of Dean Motor Club, who managed to pull one back for his team.
